Kick Boxing

Join our HIGH ENERGY cardio conditioning class with a total body workout. We use stand-up bags and boxing gloves, giving you the chance to get a great workout with the benefit of learning how to move like a kick boxer and train using proper technique (or just in case you feel like hitting something).

ADULT MARTIAL ARTS / KICK BOXING  (SUNDAYS)

This class provides an instructive, martial arts-based class to those looking to train like a fighter while leaning the skills of a kick boxer and MMA competitor. It will give you an introduction to the art of sparring. We can also help you achieve a belt rank if interested! *Discontinued for the summer - will resume in September.

Youth Martial Arts Conditioning / Kick Boxing
(Ages 10 - 14)

This class teaches the skills of a kick boxer and MMA competitor. Students will work to achieve belt ranks using the Joe Lewis and Bill "Superfoot" Wallace fighting methods, whom our sensei has black belts through.

Full Body 15

This full body workout will bring your training to the next level. Using 15 stations, train like an MMA fighter without getting hit. We will work every muscle group and get your blood pumping.

 

High Energy Step Classes

This is an intense, yet fun aerobics class using the Step. Stepping to the beat of some popular songs, we put together different combinations of moves to make sure we are working all parts of the body. All levels of steppers are welcome - we'll catch you up to speed with the rest of the class, it doesn't take long!

 

GYM RULES:

Please bring a pair of clean gym shoes or plan on being bare foot on the mats.
No gum in the gym. Period!
If you bleed on it or puke on it, you clean it.
